Brands Hatch (UK) (3rd April) I had a dream. A vision. A perfect idea of exactly how the Brands Hatch race would go.
I would qualify in the midfield and then have a massive, tight battle with everyone, because I knew Brands Hatch, and it was very tight….well it didn’t quite go that way….With only 12 entries (out of a usual 15 – 20), I knew this was going to be a small race
E: 12 (1 Class B | 4 Class C | 7 Class D)
P: (2 Cars Completed Lap Times, Not Me)
Q: 10th (Out Of 10 that completed laps), (3rd In Class)
R: 8th (2nd In Class!) (HIGHEST RESULT IN A FERRARI!!!!!)
F: 11
S: 11
SOF: 1044
The issue arose on lap one, when without any mistake of my own, all the other cars blasted off into the distance, Stefan Kousgaard stayed with me at the back of the pack. He couldn’t catch anyone either. Even though I dropped to 8th once in the race, I had an incredibly lonely race on my own, trying miserably to catch the other drivers, but to no avail. This is what happens when you are excited for a race…
