Starting Something New....

Donnington Park (UK), Ferrari GT3 Challenge (13th March)

E: 20 (4 Class A | 4 Class B | 4 Class C | 8 Class D)

P: N/A – No Laps Completed

Q: 12th (3rd In Class) (15 Of Those Did Laps)

R: 13th (3rd In class, Ahead of the guy that rammed me off!)

F: 17

S: 19

SOF: 1378

Donnington wasn’t the best start to my GT3 Career, dropping to 15th within the first 5 laps, although I regained a place, I dropped even more, going down into 16th, only gaining 3 places through retirements, but it wasn’t a dull race, there was lots of action, it’s just Donnington is one of those incredibly difficult race tracks, where braking whilst thinking about the wrong thing can spin you out.

As I am broke, I will have to wait until next Monday to race at the American Circuit, which I have had very few laps on…which will be interesting!

I also made a friend whilst practicing at D.P – a very friendly Italian man called Francesco Mazzara, whom we both enjoyed each others company and we cruised the gentle turns of Donington Park....he didn't race off into the lead, but slowed to race with me.
